Express Delivery

Quick Delivery: Delivered in 4 hours for Klang Valley. This service is not available during weekends and public holidays.
Cost: Calculated based on your delivery area.

What are my shipping options?

For shoppers in Malaysia, we offer standard local Express Delivery. You can also opt for Express’ same-day delivery or choose to self-pickup your order from our store.

How long does delivery take?

Local Express Delivery: 3-5 working days.
East Malaysia: 7-10 working days.
Express: Within 4 hours upon placing an order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking code via email to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see the email, check your Junk Mail folder.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Tracking numbers become traceable once collected and processed by the courier. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be traceable on the next working day.

Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?
